Honest Review – Please Be Careful, Especially if You’re New to Canada or Buying Your First Car I bought my car from this dealership in 2022, when I was new in Canada and didn’t have much experience with car buying. The salesperson told me the car price was around $25,000, and I even paid $7,000 as an advance payment, but after all the hidden and unnecessary charges, the final cost went up to almost $40,000 — which I only realized recently after talking with a friend who understands car purchases better. They added many extra fees that I never agreed to, including: • Extended warranty – $2,490 • Finance doc fee – $999 • Gasoline charge – $100 (even though the tank was less than half full) • Dealer insurance – $1,990 (added without my consent) I had told them clearly that I didn’t want any extras, but they still added them. The manager, Daniel Hanna, also told me my credit score was good and I could get a loan with 3–4% interest, but when it came time to sign, he offered 6% and said that was the best rate available. He also took a loan pre-approval in my name beforehand, which made me feel trapped — I had no option but to go through with the purchase because multiple loan inquiries would affect my credit score. To make things worse, the Carfax report was shown as clean, but when my mechanic inspected the car later, he found that the rear side had been repainted, meaning there was previous damage I was never told about. Now that I’ve learned more about car buying, I realize how much extra cost and pressure they put on me. I’m sharing my experience to warn others, especially newcomers or first-time car buyers in Canada — ? Always take someone experienced with you, review every document carefully, and don’t rely only on what they tell you verbally. They made a $25K car cost me nearly $40K, even after I paid $7,000 upfront. Please be careful and avoid this dealership if you’re not experienced in car buying.

I bought my BMW 3 Series from Ammar and honestly the whole experience was way better than I expected. He wasn't pushy at all, just super helpful and easy to talk to. What really stood out is that even after I bought the car, he still picked up the phone and helped me out whenever I had questions. Terrible service. They drive around the cars then bring it and a lady was do errand I. It with kids and all. Chopped in the windshield and I’m sure more wear and tear. They also do not let you test drive with out doing a credit report. I’ve went and tested out several cars never had that be a request. Why would I do a credit hit to test drive? Makes no sense owner is rude. Please take your business else where. Hi no this is the correct business. Please take the feed back.
