Absolutely do not purchase anything from this place. They don’t stand behind their vehicles. On Saturday Dec 6th 2025 I purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer for 23.5k. Picked it up, drove it home roughly 130km trip. The next morning (Sunday Dec 7th) went to hop in the suv and smelt gas, huge puddle of gas on my driveway. Texted Octane to let them know. Monday morning (Dec 8th) took it to the Ford dealer here in town and both fuel senders were rotted out and leaking. Ford told me they don’t know how it passed the safety inspection like this. Sent Octane the photos and videos as did the dealer. Octane agreed to cover the cost as they are required to do in the first 30 days selling a certified pre owned vehicle. Found out through the communications between Octane and the Ford dealer that they were trying everything they can to get out of paying the repairs. Got a call today (Dec 17th) from the Ford dealer that Octane hasn’t paid the bill like they said they were going to, has been dodging calls, making excuses, and not retuning voicemails from Ford. Going in today to Ford to pay the bill then opening a formal complaint with OMVIC. Absolutely ridiculous. Pictures attached.

I went to Octane Auto and was served by a fellow named Chris. He provided exceptional customer service and was extremely down to Earth. Went out of his way to help look up cars to suit my needs and wasnt anything like alot of other sales reps I have dealt in the past who are just trying to put their hands in your pockets and couldn't care less whether or not you drive off in a hunk of crap. I went to few places before coming here. But I came to them. I felt so welcomed by Younus Khan. He listened to all my needs in a car specially with a child in wheelchair. He did not rush me at all. I did not feel pressured to buy like the other places did. He allowed me to take the care to Canadian Tire to get it safety checked. He and all the staff and owner were so kind and did so much to accommodate me. I loved dealing with them and if I need to buy a car again I will always go to them. It's been a month I got my Rav4 from Octane, at first I was not sure these guys were genuine or not as there is many bad examples in this industry. Even I had some confusions with the SUV I got from Octane. But Octane cleared all the confusions and they even gave additional features to my car as complimentary.
