Ron and his team did a fantastic job in wrapping my truck, they were professional, straight to the point, we worked together back and forth on the design till it came out perfect and from there it was super fast they wrapped my truck in 2 days, it came out looking gorgeous, I highly recommend anyone that is looking to get their truck wrapped, WRAP IT WITH ROYAL, you won't regret it.
Initially went to this place to get my remote car start installed due to excellent reviews. I texted Ron about a year later to have the remote starter moved to my new car and he blatantly ignores my messages and refused to respond to my questions. Great customer service indeed. Edit: you deliberately ignored my text messages and declined my calls after picking up once. You also asked "what service are you looking for?" after picking up. When i told you i wanted my remote start transferred from vehicle to vehicle, you then told me you are closed due to COVID. Why did you ask me "what service are you looking for" in the first place if you guys are closed?
The installation was super fast and good. The only issue I have is my remote app for the remote starter stop working after a while. I sent a message to Royalwrap but never gotten a reply. And my message was hey my app stop working, can I come by sometime so you can reset it for me.....No reply up to this day....
Horrible customer service on the website i asked a simple question of how much is the price and the response was very unprofessional for a potential client
I made an appointment on their website. Ron never showed up. on the agreed day or time. Afterwards, I tried communicating with them via online--no one got back to me. They have communication issues/or just really poor customer service. Response to Owner: You need to honour your appointments. I scheduled an appointment I understand emergencies arise, however a phone call was warranted. You didn't call or email me for cancellation. I wasted my time and money.
