Went there for a chrome delete on my Lexus RX based on positive reviews. Fit and finish were not to my standard which is OEM level or a level that is practically indistinguishable from OEM dark chrome. See below photos. When I contacted him for a warranty repair, he told me my chromes have rubber seals underneath that is difficult for him to tuck the edges in. I told him I initiated a chargeback with my credit card company for his lack of response when I sent him these photos. Perhaps I was a little hasty to initiate a chargeback without giving him sufficient time to respond but I am meticulous about my car and I do expect prompt communication from quality shops especially when a customer is unhappy with the work. Anyhow, Shay did not like the idea of me starting a chargeback so we agreed to do a full refund and go our separate ways. My suggestion to him would be to work on these rough uneven cuts and curly edges and vinyls sticking out for future jobs. My expectation of chrome delete is a flawless finish all around which unfortunately he was not able to meet. He is honest and does what he said he will do at least, which I appreciate. Amazing experience with WRAPS IN 6IX and Shay - transparent about pricing and accommodated my crazy schedule even staying late to get the job done. Overall super impressed with the attention to detail - Shay and his team did clear PPF on all black trim, chrome delete on front grille slats, carbon vinyl on centre console to match the existing carbon fibre dash and vinyl black out on the rear spoiler.
