Had a custom door installed by my builder and they used Apex to install film to make the door appear like fluted glass. The film looks absolutely terrible. Huge gaps, uneven cuts, peeling edges. Worst application of film I think I have ever seen. I’ll update this review based on how Apex fixes the issue. All pictures are from different glass panels. Update: the film was re-applied on one part of the door correctly and it looks good. Unfortunately, it was applied to the wrong side of the second panel and the technician had to re-install the film on site at my home. There is currently some major air bubbles present that I’m hoping will go away in the next few days. If not - it’ll be coming back.
Five star rating. Rocky the installer was friendly, neat and did a super job. I will highly recommend him . It is cool today. and no sun, at last, but will see how effective the new film is in sunnier and warm weather.

We reached out to Apex Windows after we were unsuccessful in getting the original company to address and replace 3 windows where the film had bubbled over time. Despite this being a relatively small job - Neil our Apex Consultant was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. The original film was 3M and Neil invested a lot of time in sourcing a replacement product that perfectly matched our existing window films even though it was a differently manufacturer. He was amazing and true to his word! So glad we crossed paths with Apex and Neil! Then when it came time to having the replacement films installed, Yani was our installer and he was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and explained the process to us as he worked. It is so refreshing to find a company who has great employees that take pride in what they do and that are true to their word! Dean and his team a Apex films delivered a great product and service. His technical knowledge and his team's professional and meticulous attention to detail were excellent. I highly recommend Apex Films for both attenuation of solar light (UV/Infrared). Besides window film, Apex was able to take my artwork and create a decal and apply it to my youngest daughter's room. The sentimental value is priceless.
