The service did not meet expectations, and the advertising did not reflect reality. I would recommend others to be careful and clarify all details beforehand, as my experience felt misleading and disappointing.

I booked my slot over the phone and was clearly told that the detailing would take only 1 hour, and they asked me to come as soon as possible. I drove all the way from Oshawa, but upon arrival, they suddenly told me it would take 4–5 hours, even though my car is brand new and already clean. I only wanted a basic detailing service. This is highly unprofessional behavior. It feels like they deliberately misled me to push a more expensive “quick service” option. I strongly recommend looking for other detailing shops that are more honest, professional, and affordable than this place.

My car was super dirty from inside, like coffee stains and all. After detailing here it looks like completely different car. Smells so fresh also. Didn’t expect seat to be this clean worth the money
This is my third time visiting here. Must say its better than all other tinting place present in the market. No longer waiting time. Got my car done before the expected time. Also the quality is ceramic. It exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. Must visit if you don't want longer waiting hours like other places. Best in Scarborough.?
