My car is a Volvo XC60. I have minor issues on the body of the car. After consulting with other body car care shops within Scarborough, the AVR cost was competitive and seemed reasonable. I was quite nervous, though, because I only found this shop on the internet. By looking around the parking lot, I have seen a few luxury vehicles awaiting something. When they opened the shop, I saw other luxury cars on the bays. This gave me comfort and a bit peace of mind. I decided to entrust my car to Ravi. The AVR met my expectations, and I could truly recommend this shop to others. The technicians are skillful, Ravi is a very nice guy, and the office staff are trustworthy of their clients. The work is truly commendable. Thank you Ravi, thank you AVR technicians and staff!
I went to several auto repair shops to get pricing and AVR was the lowest. We dropped the car on Monday and were told that it would probably be the following Tuesday or Wednesday before it was ready because it was a long weekend. We got a call three days later on Thursday that the car was ready. The work done was absolutely beautiful no flaws of any kind that I could find and the paint matched perfectly. Ravi was very friendly and easy to talk to and work with. The vehicle was a 2019 Kia Sorento. From my experience I have to rate this operation as excellent!!! I will be recommending them to anyone who needs to have work done. Kerry
My front bumper was coming apart slightly with a bit of a noticeable gap. I am not well versed when it comes to cars so I decided to call up this nearby auto shop that had five star reviews. The guy took a look at my car and quoted $150 which at first I thought was unreasonable. He said that was the cost of taking the bumper off and putting it back on. When they were done working on my car, I couldn't believe it. It looked pretty much the same with minor adjustments. He assured me that the bumper would not fall off, but the gaps were still noticeable. I addressed it to the mechanic, but after the fact he said the clips are broken. They do not have a supply of clips and suggested that we go buy it and bring the car back so he could put it for us which means we would have to pay up again for the removal and re-install of the bumper. He ended up charging us $100. I was a bit frustrated as he could have mentioned this prior to putting my bumper back together. All in all, I felt that communication could have been better. Allowing me to see my vehicle to see what is actually wrong would be nice. I am not completely satisfied.
