Worst experience ever - was sent there from TD Insurrance to complete some work on my BMW - Work was not done correctly, lots of overspray - had to go over the entire ordeal again with TD Insurance.
I had a great experience at Fix Auto Scarborough North. The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful throughout the whole process. My car was repaired on time and the quality of the work was excellent. It looks just like new. I really appreciate their clear communication and smooth handling of everything. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs reliable auto repair service!
Our car was dropped off to get our bumper fixed. When we got it back there were blatant scratches on our glove compartment and a Tim Horton's cup that spilled into the cup holder. When we brought it back, the manager said that they had put car parts on the passenger side (which is what probably caused the scratches). They refused to fix the damages they caused. What's even more messed up is, when we called our insurance to report the damages, they had tried to get ahead of it and made a claim immediately after seeing the scratches to state that the scratches were previously there when we dropped off the car. Incredibly sneaky and unprofessional.
I had a very bad experience with this auto shop because i took my vehicle to this shop for repairing the damaged bumper through my insurance company and when i went to pickup my car after it got repaired, there was an engine light on my car’s dashboard which was not there when I left my car for the repairs which I got it fixed out of my pocket from other auto repair shop.I am never gonna come to this shop in the future.
Got my car repaired here through TD Insurance and I was not disappointed. Judy and Kiem are absolutely wonderful so friendly and professional. I’m going to be using them as my regular auto shop from now on. Well done guys!
Was recommended by my insurance company to bring my vehicle to repair. When I got my car back the color was off and certain pieces were not installed securely. They told me to book an appointment to get it done which I did. And when I got my car back nothing was done to it other than a car wash. Will never go back to this place.
These guys saved my car. My 2005 Mustang GT got t-boned, ruining the rear quarter panel and rim. I decided to drop my car off here. I was worried the car would be written off but the shop somehow managed to replace the entire quarter panel, repaint and blend the rear bumper, trunk, and spoiler, and repair the rim. The car looks better than new now. Kim was very easy to communicate with and handled dealing with my insurance.
