Staff were so kind and helpful in explaining the process. I was in out in no more than 30 minutes. Everything was very efficient!! Very pleased with the experience!
William, Jonathan, and the rest of the crew are awesome! The customer service here is unparalleled. From first contact (phone call), they fit me in last minute on a busy Saturday, and I was super grateful. Upon arrival, they explained the whole process to me and quickly pulled my car into the shop. They informed me that they drilled two extra holes for maximum coverage and corrosion protection. Most importantly, they were honest, transparent, fairly priced, did their job correctly with no shortcuts (unlike other Krown locations in Ontario), and left the car spotless. I'll be back in the spring to rustproof my car again!
After my Krown appointment, I had a winter tire change booked a few days later and we all know mechanics usually catch any deficiencies or missed maintenance right away. Instead, my mechanic was genuinely impressed. Every nook, seam, inner panel and hidden corner of the car was coated cleanly and evenly. It’s rare to see work done this thoroughly, and the results showed immediately. My only regret is not going back every year to maintain the loyalty pricing definitely something I’ll commit to moving forward. If you're planning to rust-proof your vehicle, I highly recommend Krown at McCowan and Sheppard.
There is lots of parts on the frame underneath my vehicle that are still bone dry. These guys skimp out on how much product they apply. You want them to take their time and apply lots of product, they did my car in ~15 mins. I won’t be going back here ever again.
Got my car done here for the last couple of times. I appreciate them taking the extra minute to explaining things to me in detail. Props to, Will, Roman and Ashton! Just remember to put some cardboard down under your car for the oil drippings. And to account for earlier braking as you'll notice it may cause for some slippage. I also appreciate that he's allowed me to keep my same price from a few years back.

I had my car rustproofed here August 19, 2021. I called in and got squeezed into their schedule on the same day. When I arrived, the staff were speedy with service and respected my car while explaining to me how the product worked and asked whether I wanted holes drilled. They let me watch and document the process to fulfill my curiosity and I am thankful for that. The service was amazing, pricing was as expected, and I am planning to return every year to get a respray. Thanks guys! Edit: Been here four times now with three different cars. Great work.
