WARNING ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️. STAY FAR FROM THIS PLACE! I use this place to change my winters and summers. Summer i went in to get my summer tires put on and balanced picked up my jeep and went home not noticing that the owener TONY used a grinder to remove the weights that balance your tires. Went back the next day to mention it to him. He brushed me off and told me to buy a new set.. Long story short he touched it up with paint and said he fixed the issue.. On Monday past I called to say I'm coming to pick up my tires and when I got there TONY the owner says I need to pay $100 to take them. When I paid $180 for the shop and storage fee. This guy is a real CROOK!!!! I had to pay him a small fee of $40 just to get my winter tires back. Not to mention he lost the key for my summer tires and nuts for my original rims for my jeep which cost me more money. STAY AWY IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE. Terrible service
A bunch of thieves while fixing your vehicle will go through your vehicle, steal items out of it and then tell you they don’t know what you’re talking about and the owner does nothing about the situation. He just keeps playing along like he will do something and doesn’t actually do anything about it and puts you through so much making you look like a fool trying to tell you that there was nothing in the vehicle when there was, this is a big brand company you should be able to trust in leaving belongings in the vehicle. You shouldn’t have to feel that every single thing must be removed no integrity no accountability and if this is what they’re doing, what are they going to do with the type of work they do on your vehicle. They’re paying jobs are really sloppy too.
I called Call Star head office and spoke to a Mat and he was very rude on the phone. Would not answer my questions and even h/U on me twice. UNBELIEVABLE
I have been going to this shop formerly known as Eurasia Auto centre for so many years, I am very happy with the repairs to my vehicle, all staff are all professional, customer service is impeccable, they went above and beyond the call of duty, they detailed clean the inside of my car and i was really impressed and that save me at least $150.00 if i have take it to a detailing shop, Tony even arranged my rental vehicle, Tony is the best and I highly recommend this shop.
Tony, the owner, was welcoming, friendly, and approachable. He seemed into and understands the situation. Attended to the issue quickly and process was quick and resolved. We were informed of the claims approval on the repair and what was to be done after his inspection of the damaged car. He informed us of the date that the car will be ready which was in fact punctual. We were fully satisfied of the service and result.
I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Carstar. Tony is a great guy, likeable and very knowledgeable. They’re fast and they do solid, thorough work. Whenever we need something done to any of the cars in my household, Carstar is a no brainer.
