Great work. Very busy so your car may take longer than others shops. Only downside is they never cleaned the dust off the dash and inside the front window
CARSTAR did an amazing job repairing my car. Some parts were on back order which was beyond their control. They ensured to call me and give updates when necessary. The staff were very nice and my car looked as good as new. I'm very satisfied with the repairs.
There was a small dent on the front fender and the guy working there said it costs around $500 to fix it. Because they need to remove and re install the fender, side skirts and the bumper. And I went to another bodyshop and they just fixed it for $100 without removing anthing. Never recommend this place.
Booked an appointment one month in advance. Had the rental car company on the way to pick me up from the body shop. I was informed that the receptionist never scheduled me in, and I will have to wait another month before my car can get repaired. Unacceptable. I will be finding another body shop that can manage the simple task of booking appointments. Complete waste of time.
My windows were left covered in a film, when i took it back he used steel wool to remove the film, now all my windows have little scratches everywhere.
Terrible customer service. Never answered the phone, cancelled my appointment without informing me and blamed my insurance company and never followed up to book another appt. Would never go back or recommend.
