I am very disappointed with the service I received. The customer service was poor, and there were scratches all over the car when I got it back—especially around the repaired area. I am not satisfied with the quality of the repairs and now need to take the car elsewhere to fix the issues properly.

If you want your business to run and grow FIRE the person at the front desk (Lady). She’s very rude to the customers. She doesn’t care if they gets the business or not. She’s just there to get the salary. She’s the absolute worst front desk employee I have ever met in life. You’re supposed to have nice people and employee with welcome attitude. This one doesn’t have any of those once she looks at a customer I’m pretty sure they will take the business elsewhere. Absolutely horrific experience with the front desk lady.
Absolutely horrible service! Do not go here! The big blonde woman at the front desk is very rude and confrontational. She’s speaks very condescendingly and seems to have a superiority complex. I needed my back and front bumpers repaired and my insurance sent me to THEM to do the appraisal which the body shop isn’t suppose to do in the first place to prevent fraudulent appraisals which is what happened to me! The head mechanic appraised my car over $8k for repairs so that my insurance would label my car a total loss! CSN formula called me and told me to come pick up my belongings and my plates. I spent like 2 days going back and forth with these people and my mechanic told me to get my vehicle out of there before they do anything else with it. I called my insurance company and the guy said I could go and get my vehicle that was still sitting at CSN Formula and send it to a different shop, so I went that day with my sister and had my 2 kids with me thinking it would be a quick visit. Over 4 HOURS these people held my car hostage for something that had nothing to do with me! I was on the phone with my insurance company who told CSN Formula AND wrote a note on their end that CSN Formula will get their money for the tear down of my vehicle but for some weird reason they refused to give me the keys to my vehicle. I had customer service of my insurance company on the phone and the old white guy at the front desk was yelling at her about a note or email they needed on their end even though Kate (the woman who helped me from my insurance) was telling him “sir the note is here. We see it and you will get your money”. The rude big back blonde lady was of no help as she demanded to have my phone WHILE she was already on the phone with someone else. She took my phone and then gave it right back to the white guy stating “she can’t deal with this right now”. So I spent 4hrs at CSN Formula, from 9am to just after 1pm before they gave me my car keys. My two children starving because I was afraid they would lock their gates the moment I left in the rental. I spoke to the head mechanic and told him to explain everything that was on the list of things that needed fixing. He kept saying “but this needs to be fixed IF something happens” and I told him I don’t need IFS ANDS OR BUTS, just fix what needs fixing! Anyways, my insurance company brought over an actual appraisal person and my car was about $6.2k in fixing. Which they approved. CSN Formula, according to the new body shop I went to AND my mechanic AND both my parents, had added things that did not need fixing to get my car at a specific price range so that my insurance will deem it a total loss so they can keep my vehicle and use it for parts. It’s a 2015 Dodge journey in PRISTINE condition inside AND out, and it’s just appalling that these people would try to scam a single mom with 3 kids out of a vehicle for money under the table and in their pockets. This is why insurance companies should not be getting body shops to appraise vehicles. CSN Formula was a preferred body shop of my insurance company and i told the manager of my insurance company to drop CSN Formula. To never use them as their preferred shop ever again because this was truly fraudulent activity. Shady behaviour and has me thinking how many other unfortunate people they have ripped off in the past. Stole their vehicles straight from under them. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMY COMPANY!
Blonde lady at desk is very rude and confrontational. Speaks like she knows everything which makes solving problems difficult and awkward. Front end customer care is the most vital part of any organization. Her know-it-all attitude and demeanor comes off as a superior complex. I purchased a part from this place over the phone (which I was told by Bill the manager that this shouldn't have happened). I then decided that I no longer wanted the part. I called and simply asked for a refund. She responded: "but we already ordered it!" Yes that's what a refund is. She then said there's a restocking fee that I agreed to when I signed for the part order. Again since I ordered this over the phone there's no way that I could sign a part order. She said it doesn't matter I still have to pay the restocking fee. This went back and forth for too long. She didn't understand that since I didn't sign a document there wasn't any agreement for a restocking fee. Again her poor attitude prevented this information from being given to her. It took 3 weeks to finally get a cheque from these people. No apology. The technicians are very friendly and explain what needs done in a professional manner. Unfortunately due to how I was treated by her, I have given my money ($2400) to another business. Had she just stopped being so crude and robotic I would have stayed as a first time customer.
Very terrible service and repair. Had to replace rear bumber and never completed the job. I went there in total three times for the same job. And still didn’t fix it properly. First time they ordered wrong part. Second time they didn’t fit it properly, which I had to show them. Third time, bumber was out from different place. Their technicians don’t even know to fit a bumber.
I walked in to get an estimate for repair (left rear dent and paint job) today. Initially he said it would be around 1k as the whole rear bumper is better to be replaced (sensor damaged and paint tint is not common to match). However, he asked me if I have time and offered to quickly fix the dent. He was able to fix the dent and now all there is is a small scratch and sensor damage as it has been originally. I want to thank Mike for the great service and for being kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for vehicle repair needs. I walked out a happy customer.
