11/10 recommend taking your vehicle here for repairs. My car was brought in on Oct 15th after being in an accident. Tell me why I was able to pick my car up exactly one week later!? Unheard of, it was the quickest service I’ve ever gotten when it comes to car repairs. Not to mention it had to go through insurance… you know there’s those shops out there that milk your insurance for all they have and take their sweet time with the repairs to rack up the $$$. Yeah not this place, they were so quick and efficient, and everyone I spoke to from the shop was super friendly and welcoming. As a female these places can be intimidating, but they were so nice from start to finish! OH AND the best part? They cleaned the inside of my car before giving it back… I got my car back better than it was before the accident. Thanks for the stellar service, Fix Auto on Bertrand!!!

This auto shop won't do their job professionally. I won't recommend this shop for anyone. Really bad experience. My car is showing engine check light after accident. The guy told me tis is not related to an accident common ! Brand new car driven only for 11 months. I went to dealer and they found that the sensor was bend during accident. This auto shop works for saving insurance company. I guess even they don't have enough knowledge on painting. I don't feel safe to drive this car and complain to insurance company. They are in same boat. Please don't go there.
Was told by insurance company to do repairs at this body shop. After making me wait 2 weeks to get a fender and door fixed they told me that a part of my wheel broke off. They tried to blame the previous mechanic who worked on the car refusing to fix the problem. One phone call to the insurance company forced their hand to fix the issue. "We did you a favour". Actually, they gave me a huge headache. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
Happy with their service. Front and rear doors on driver's side of my lovely Lexus were badly damaged by shopping cart. They fixed it without trace and kept their time line! Highly recommendable.
Excellent auto body shop! Dean quoted me the lowest price out of several auto body shops I visited for quotes in Scarborough and Markham. In addition to flawlessly fixing up my Honda Civic at the lowest price, they also buffed out other scratches on my car and detailed the interior all at no extra cost and without me asking. Very professional and very quick service. Highly recommended!
