5 star rating is correct! I recently brought in my XC90 for what I thought was a minor scratch near the right front light. I looked for body shops within 15 minutes of my home and saw SNK Auto Body at the top of the list. The perfect rating seemed a little too good to be true, but the reviews looked genuine, so I decided to stop by. From the outside, it looks like your typical shop with a nice sign. Once inside, I was greeted by Kent. He quickly pointed out a few issues I hadn’t noticed and gave me a clear, detailed explanation of what needed to be done. In 15 minutes, I had a printed estimate with a breakdown of the work, cost, and timeline. The next day, I called to move forward. Susan, who I spoke with, was very friendly and professional. When I dropped off the car, Sam checked me in and took the car into the shop. Later that day, Susan called to confirm additional damage we expected but couldn’t see until disassembly. She sent photos and clear explanations. Three work days later, Susan called again to let me know that the work was done. I was especially concerned about the color match—my XC90 has a very specific shade. Kent had promised it would match, but I still had my doubts. Turns out, he was right. The match was excellent. I couldn’t tell where the damage had been or if there was a damage at all. The team at SNK was professional, efficient, and thorough from start to finish. Great workmanship and warm caring customer service. I hope I won’t need to visit an auto body shop again anytime soon, but if I ever do, I already know exactly where I’m going. Recently had my Genesis repaired at this shop after being side swapped and I can't say enough about the great work they did at a very reasonable cost, every thing was perfect! Also the entire process was smooth from estimating the damage cost, drop off to helping get a rental and handling the insurance claim. The work was completed within the given timeline and there were no surprises. These guys truly your business and deserve a 5 ++ star rating. It is difficult to get good honest body shops. I would strongly recommend.
