I’ve been a regular customer at this salon for a long time, so this experience was really disappointing. I went in to get my face waxed and threaded and clearly told them not to apply wax under my eyes — something they already know from previous visits. Despite this, they still applied wax under my eyes, which burned my skin. This happened two days before my birthday, and I ended up with a visibly burnt area on my face. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering any support, the staff told me it was “my skin’s fault,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve always trusted this place, but this experience really changed my perspective. Proper care and accountability are important, especially when dealing with sensitive areas on the face.
Extremely poor treatment and service. The staff did not fulfill the basic requirements I had clearly communicated. On top of that, they were rude, unprofessional, and even raised their voice at me — which is completely unacceptable. The behavior was irritating and disrespectful throughout the entire appointment. I do not recommend this salon at all.
Staff People are really so aggressive and do everything by themselves despite of giving instructions. After pointing out the mistakes and telling them to correct it, what we have to hear back!!! Taunts!!!...They blame us about everything. No manners and no sense of talking with customers...Owner keeps taunting.... There is one lady, tall and wear specs, who always ruins my eyebrows. I stopped doing my eyebrows with her. My sister experienced the same thing today...She didn't tell her that she wants thick eyebrows still she blamed my sister that she asked to do thick eyebrows. Such a worst experience!!!..
The owner is so rude and seems unaware of how to interact with customers. My wife had a terrible experience last week and will never be visiting this place again.
Worst experience ever faced in life . Unprofessional staff . They just know how to charge people by fooling them and don't know how to do work properly. If you have a problem after service they will not fix it and start excuses and blaming you instead . Don't have manners to talk as well . For real if you want to waste your money and time it's the best place to get fooled. NEVER VISITING THIS PLACE AGAIN .
Worst experience ever.Went to get a haircut.She gave me haircut that doesn’t match both sides.When I told her about it she got hyper & started saying I am professional bla bla bla.
The worst worst salon ever. I went for hair cut and she started cutting from top of my head. I cried a lot after coming home. Never going back again. My hair looks awful
