Seema did my sister’s and my hair, and we really loved it. She is really sweet and kind and always makes sure that her customers feel satisfied with the services.
I came in around lunchtime when it was quiet, and while threading my eyebrows the staff member was talking loudly with others right in my ear. The service only takes about 5 minutes, so I feel conversations like that can wait until after. It was uncomfortable having someone so close to my face talking the whole time. I hope this improves next time.
Some of their employees doing formalities rather than good service. Customer don’t care about your genuine price they also care about the service you provide. We are paying for cabs to get services and some of your employees doing formalities that’s not good thing. And it’s not only one time observation I went their 10 times after that I am reviewing
I went to Khoobsurat Beauty Salon yesterday with my friend for eyebrows, and I was very disappointed with the service. Instead of asking us to wait for the right person, they asked someone who was busy doing hair to do our eyebrows. Clearly, she did not know how to do eyebrows properly. She took a very long time, caused a lot of pain, and still left hairs on the sides. My eyebrows were ruined, and the same thing happened with my friend. She also got her upper lip done, which ended up bleeding. I really don’t understand why the staff couldn’t just ask us to wait instead of letting someone untrained do such an important service. It would have been better to wait for the right person rather than having such a bad experience.
I went to go thread my eyebrows, and I clearly stated to clean it up and not THIN IT!! Yet, the lady who did my eyebrows, thinned it so much, I was not happy with the service. They didn’t listen to my instructions and went on to do what they thought was best. I would not recommend this place to do your eyebrows, if you want to maintain the thickness!
I came here recently for a facial wax and was completely disgusted by the lack of basic hygiene. The esthetician kept double dipping the same waxing stick—dipping it into the wax, applying it to my face, then going right back into the wax with the same stick. This happened multiple times. I was too shy to say anything in the moment because there were other customers, but I was honestly horrified. This is a major health concern. Double dipping can easily spread bacteria, viruses, and skin infections between clients. It’s shocking that a professional salon would overlook such an obvious hygiene rule. Not only is it unsanitary, but it shows a complete disregard for customer safety. I won’t be going back, and I hope others think twice. Everyone deserves to know how serious this is — it’s not just “gross,” it’s a real health risk.
Never get face wax from there. They burnt my face completely and then blamed me that my skin is too sensitive and I shouldn’t have get waxing on my face.
