Would like to share some feedback about your staff. Please try to keep professional and well-trained employees — the current person behaves like robots and doesn’t even know how to communicate properly with customers. Canada’s hospitality industry expects warm, friendly, and customer-focused service, not robotic or careless behavior. Hospitality should be delivered by people who truly understand hospitality. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves customer service standards.
Chatime is my go-to because the Thai Milk Tea with pearls is always spot on every time. What makes it even better is Kevin. Even when the shop gets super busy, he keeps the service fast, friendly, and organized without missing a beat. It’s not easy to find that kind of customer service anymore, and that’s why I always come back!! Highly recommend!!
Kevin and Elvis are absolute superstars! They went above and beyond to fix our mistake while ordering just to ensure we were happy with what we got. This kind of customer service is getting increasingly harder to find, very refreshing to see two employees being genuinely good humans. They deserve big time raises. Good tasting bubble tea as always.
We experienced the best service at this location in particular. We made an error while ordering on the self-serve kiosk, and the two staff members (Kevin and Elvis) went above and beyond to make a new drink for us. They were incredibly kind and we were very touched that they offered to make the drink again even though it was our mistake when placing the order.
i came by yesterday night 08/14. and it was already busy, which is no problem. so the shaker guy asked me to use the kiosk which again i didn’t mind. but then i got 3 drinks and they didn’t even fill my drink to fully. i saved up so many points just to pay. and even when i saw them making other smoothies and slush tjey don’t fill it to the top except for 80% of the cup.
This is a location I go to all the time. The staff is amazing there. Im there pretty much every other day, if not daily. The staff are always pleasant, as soon as they see me pull over, they are on point. I always feel welcomed and well respected. I appreciate the full team, and would like to thank them for always being kind and humble. I come to this specific location because of the staff, mainly. The other locations could learn a thing or two.
I’ve been frequenting this location for the last few years and have to say it’s my absolute fav BB Tea location. Im addicted to all of their slushes (lol). The service is always on point - a huge shoutout to Kevin specifically! Customer 4 life. :)))
