I usually love Real Star Bubble Tea and buy the same drink every day from other locations, but this branch was disappointing. The drink was mostly water — the slush was thin, and even though I paid extra for mango, it had less mango than a regular one elsewhere. It seems the worker isn’t using the proper amount of ingredients. I don’t blame the store, but please train your staff better on portioning. People are paying for quality, not a watered-down drink. I will mark this location in my google map and will try to not come back to this location again.
Very great staff, special shout out to Jim who took our order with compassionate atitude. and u can tell by the mango all of it is made freshly! I definitely recommend this store and will be coming back!!
Jeannie serves her customers well. Very patient, listens to detail, handles her customers in a calm manner. Please hire more people with her personality. The Eglington Square location needs more staff like her.

I love coming to Real Fruit Bubble Tea! The employees are always so friendly and make the experience even better. I tried the strawberry banana smoothie, and it's amazing – super refreshing and just the right balance of flavors. Highly recommend giving it a try
I regret ordering milk tea from this place. It's the largest size I've ever had, but they're really known for their fruit tea, unless you're after the absolute best value for money.
Favorite bubble tea shop and great location. Affordable drinks and customer service in this place (Eglinton Square) are commendable and exceptional. Staffs are always smiling and accommodating even on busiest times. Keep up the good work.❤️
