Cute store but truly the worst matcha latte I have ever had. It had the faintest taste of matcha and was basically a large cup of warm milk. I took 2 sips and had to throw it out. Before throwing it out, I opened the lid and it was completely white in color. The concentration of matcha was abysmal. It should be a nice rich green and actually taste like matcha. Disappointed and will not be returning.
I’ve been coming here since they opened and honestly, their service is always great! It’s always clean too, makes it very nice to chill inside and work or hangout. Usually it’s only one or two people working, but they’re always efficient. In the past there’s been high school kids or random tweakers inside too, but there’s nothing the workers can actually do other than try and deescalate or ask them to leave— it sucks but I applaud the staff for putting up with it. They’re always very nice when I order. Never had a problem with my order or anything, so this location is a solid 10/10.
Great experience! Bubble tea shops are usually the same for me, not bad but also not standing out, however Hilton really made my visit memorable. He was super friendly and attentive even when I described all my preferences, and recommended my new favourite drink! Will definitely be coming back
Dropped by for the first time today and the customer service was superb! Only one person was working but the store itself is big and feels homey. Had a good time chatting with the girl working while I was waiting for my drink and left feeling ready to tackle the day! pearl milk tea is a go to and did not disappoint. Will definitely come again!!
I come by sometimes to get boba for me and my friend at this location and we’re usually greeted by the same staff and she’s always such a delight! Frain always has a smile on her face and has such a natural flow for having light conversations every time we come in. Makes us feel at home and want to come back. The staff is hard working and drinks are always amazing. New jasmine drinks are also delicious
I came during rush hour when it was super busy and the staff were all working well under pressure. They were so kind to me and made my drink fairly quickly despite the long row of drinks waiting to be made. Definitely one of the better chatime locations I’ve been to!
Update: When it first opened up the customer service was amazing. Now the customer service is awkward. There is one employee who is always good and consistent (I believe his name is Hilton), but I had a really weird experience with another employee on my last visit that has really influenced my review. I will definitely not come back after that. I had sent in a complaint on their website and responded quickly, but there was never a follow up. OLD: I didn't know they opened a cha time here so I dropped by. They had one staff on duty, I believe her name was Kella, she was so professional, fast, efficient, and friendly. A customer ordered like 25 bubble teas and there were a bunch of customers, and Kella really performed and I thought the owners should know that. That customer should've left a tip after that haha. Great location and staff!
