so unfortunately today i bought a drink, my water bottle was occupying my side pocket so i put the drink inside my bag with my macbook. Its important that I say this, but my bag was very much empty, it only contained a few papers, my computer, and my notebook so there is NO way that it could've been unsealed due to the contents in my bag.I felt that my bag was slightly wet so i checked the inside of my bag and the drink looked sealed so i thought the wetness was from the snow. I come home and open my drink only to find that a quarter of it was missing and it turned out it was not sealed properly and leaked in my bag, damaging my computer. It ruined my screen, and the trackpad no longer works. As a student I have a part time job on the weekends so I can't even afford to repair my only laptop, not to mention that my apple care expired.
Horrible I bought a drink and the milk tasted expired the sugar even tasted expired and horrible tasting overall I told the staff it tasted weird and they said the ingridents are good.
Told them how I didn’t really enjoy the taste of the drink I had and asked if they could make it with fresh milk instead and didn’t do anything. Spent 9 dollars on a drink and they couldn’t even accommodate me staff really weird I can’t lie if I paid 9 dollars for a drink why can I not ask for a remake with just different milk because I didn’t enjoy the taste of the other milk I asked for. Didn’t even let me do a refund it went to waste I’m extremely mad
There's this super weird employee that works there named Reine Chang who sends me really weird reels. However, i think the service is great and Reine deserves a raise.
They serve only a fraction of other Chatime’s menu and still manage to charge extra. Although most food places at utsc are like that too. Also the girl taking my order weirded me out lol
Did a delivery, I forgot to make it with oat milk and called the store. The drinks were not made yet and they still did not want to accommodate me even though I was willing to get charged more for it. I am not happy with the customer service.
Good! Staff is nice, tea is fine too. Though it is quite loud in the building usually and is hard for employees to take my order. The variety of tea is fine. Pretty good service! Your employees seem hardworking.
