Today OCT 03, 2025 I ordered for 2 Large iced tea. 1. P/F GT, no added sugar and ice. Coconut jelly. 2. G/F GT, no added sugar and ice. Coconut jelly. .. I FELT CHEATED. They haven't got enough GT left in the jug which was kept on the counter. So he pour little in the tumbler added water and than to the Large cup which already had Coconut jelly in it. The cup was about 60 %. He grabbed the GT jug to pour some more but it was empty so he just added the remaining with water. Right in front of my eyes, I was watching it. I am a regular customer with COCO, uses different locations. It was extremely diluted and lighter colour as well. When they gave me the cup, I told them what they did and it's not the proper drink anymore. The girl and boy replied by saying that because you asked for no ice that's why we have to add the extra water. The boy was actually confused. I accepted the drinks and left as I had to rush for the work and on the way I drank it. Guess what it tastes just water with a bit of colour. I didn't pay for for a large water instead it should have been GT with passion fruit. GT is made with lots of water added to it so why act so cheap and not having ready in hand. This is the first time and I regret going to the MELVERN TOWN CENTER location. I wish, I could rate 0 for it.
Venus made my visit exceptional! As there were a bunch of promos going on, I had in mind one specific promo. But when ordering she actually told me there’s a cheaper promotion with my specific drink so I opted for that. Not only was it cheaper but she also mentioned I could get two different drinks! Thank you Venus!
I have tried almost everything in the coco. I go there once a week. It became one of my favourite place. My favourite is Mango Slush with pearls. Also Strawberry slush as well. Also one ombré drink, to keep me hydrate is Pearl Milk tea with brown sugar pearls. With less ice. It makes me happy to drink such a tasty drinks. It’s my treat after hardworking day. I deserve it.
There seems to always be a monthly special for the bubble tea. The month of December has the Red Velvet Series Milk Tea and the Caramel Dulce Milk Tea. It is of the large size. I like getting the monthly special because there is always a discount with it. I ordered my drink with no ice... And the lady who made my order put ice in it. It's not a deal breaker for me... But if my food that I ordered was wrong then I'd get annoyed and tell them that they messed up. Anyways, this was the first time this location messed up my order after I've gone here for about a year to get the drinks here.
Rude staff. They put stuff you don't ask to put in your smoothie. I clearly said my order and they did whatever they wanted. Rude and horrible attitude. Never coming back
I love their Milk Tea and this location it’s super convenient when I’m craving bubble tea!! The only thing that I don’t like it’s that sometimes one of the cashiers is rude and it seems like she doesn’t want to be working.
