I asked for tapioca in a “fixed drink” I offered to rip to give them the 75 cents it would cost to put it In the drink they refused and was disrespectful about it I said im pregnant and I’m really craving this I’ve had it before at other locations and they always put it the employee “said u said not be drinking this if ur pregnant” who the hell is he what kinda customer service is this I left that place I’ve been going to coco for the past 4 years but they will never be seeing me again the disrespect of that employee and manager I went to the store after the encounter and bought all the stuff to make it and mr employee my dr has no problem with me drinking fruit milk and tapioca seems ask so this coco has not taught their employees manners this happened at 2:30pm on November 27th 2025
The Lychee Iced Tea was very refreshing. I ordered 50% sweetness and it was light, fruity, and not too sweet. The level was perfect for me. They also have a nice seating area where you can sit and get some work done for a bit, which is super convenient
Tge girl who was working there was patient to take my order, she explained me what specialities they have, what bobas and hoe much sugar I can add and more. She made the bubble tea really fast, and I loved it!
Always takes forever to get drink. Even when i placed a mobile order 15 minutes beforehand, they still havent even started making the drink. Will never be coming back >:(
This was my first time at CoCo Fresh this location and it was a really great experience. The staff were really friendly and answered all my questions. They helped me decide what to order! The drink was really good
Staff is so rude and unwelcoming. Even in an empty store which no others. Customer service must not of been on their resume. Only time they looked up was when I was leaving. Save your money. (This isn't the 1st time this has happened )
A great go to that’s off the highway. They always have deals on Ubereats and with the Coco app, I can order ahead and have my drink ready for pickup. Very convenient and efficient. It can get busy at times during after school rushes I find.
