Really nice place! My first bubble tea experience and I wasn't disappointed. They have good staff if you need a recommendation. I'll try the frogurt at some point but for now the bubble tea is excellent. Only thing is they don't have air conditioning or the place is always warm.
Service was good. Quiet at 8 pm. The place was a bit messy. AC wasn't working or on, but I'm not sure. The body odor smell was bad and gave me a headache. Luckily, our drinks were made quickly, or I would have had to wait outside. The drinks were good. We ordered the matcha smoothie, which was good, not too sweet, but the matcha strawberry was a tad too sweet for me. For 2 drinks, $14.46.
The kids like it, flavor wise, it is good, and they have a large variety of toppings. They always seem to be short staffed, and the trash can is almost always too full, On the other hand, staff is helpful, and there are always lots of free parking spots.
Serious problem with their service...I had taken my kids so that they could take out three milk black tea ...as I was waiting for them 4 other groups came ordered and left....my kids were in the establishment now for well over 30 mins..I came in and confronted staff and could clearly see they were just starting on the order....customer service is a serious fail with this establishment.
Great bubble tea, the atmosphere at this location didn't seem as warm or cozy as your typical small bubble tea spot, but could probably be attributed to it being much larger than other locations as it also seems to double as a frozen yogurt spot as well. Ample parking.
Opened within the last few weeks. It's such a treat to find out they opened a location near home. I only recently fell in love with some of their drink mixes. When we went there was a promotion just for this location. It's also nice they have a frozen yogurt bar as well within the same building. There is ample parking as well with things to do all around the area like the theatre or other recreational activities. Which would want me to find an excuse to grab a drink after.
I just heard they opened last week!! I love to see Gongcha in my neighborhood!! They were nice and I ordered drinks. I am satisfied with drinks of course:)
