My partner and I found ourselves on a last-minute mission to track down a sans rival cake for our Lola’s birthday **today**. We decided to try the new Jackie’s location, since we usually go to their original spot inside Freshland. When we asked the young lady at the counter if they had any sans rival available, she broke the news that only two other cakes were left. Our hearts sank immediately—because of course Lola only loves *one* cake in this world. Then she asked what the occasion was and when we needed it. Once we explained our birthday scramble, she simply said, “Give me 30 minutes and I’ll have it ready for you.” Honestly, the relief we felt could’ve been its own celebration. We came back half an hour later, and there it was: fresh sans rival, complete with our birthday message. She truly saved the day, and probably our family party too. Overall, such a great experience. We’d happily recommend Jackie’s to our friends. And a huge shoutout to the lovely staff member who helped us today (11.30.25)—you really came through!
Glad that you pride yourself to be one of the best in TO, but if it tastes like lard, then it must be lard. No offense, but this was a waste of over $120 for two cakes. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone looking for an authentic Filipino dessert.
Jackie creatives made our wedding cake. It’s Beautiful and tastes good. Also my thank you favour macaroons I love it. Give you Affordable price. I would definitely recommend.
Very Poor customer service. We went in to their new location to order cake and no one attended to us even when there are several staff inside who saw us. They just ignored us for almost 10 minutes. We ended up not ordering
Carelessly sent to the old location, ordered via Shopify and confirmed over the phone that location was 31 Tapscott road, it's listed on the receipt. Extremely disappointing and a big waste of time, get it together.

This was our first time ordering a cake from Jackie's Creative Cake shop and it was amazing. We went to her shop and met her, she took time to listen to the design and drew a picture of what it will look like, she even offers delivery to the party location. The cake was admired by the kids (even the parents were asking about where we got this cake) Also, it was super delicious! We will definitely be coming back for more cakes :)
