I don't live in the area and stumbled onto this area after taking a wrong turn and got pulled into this bakery by the awesome lighting architecture. The Oreo millefeuille cake was mindblowing. It's not just a cake, it's layers of think pastry with oreo cream in between. I'm sure the other flavors are great as well the coffee was good too, brewed to order, not poured from a kettle Overall an interesting bakery that stands out The staff were super friendly too
Purchased a pastry for $10, and while the item itself was decent, the customer service was disappointing. Being asked to pay extra for a simple spoon after already making a purchase felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Small details like this have a significant impact on the overall customer experience. Improving their service and avoiding additional charges for basic items would greatly enhance the visit.
A large selection of crepe cakes and bread. I got the hazelnut cake chiffon cake that also had a layer of crepes. Was so yummy. They are cash only if your purchase is under 5$.
This is my second time ordering the Rose Lychee Cake for my family’s birthday, and it’s just as amazing as the first time! The flavor is light, fragrant, and perfectly balanced — everyone loved it. The service is also excellent and very friendly. Highly recommend this cake for any special occasion!
I found an unidentified hair-like object in a mille crepe cake from Snow Tea. I posted about it on Rednote and tagged the store, but received no response for two days. On the third day, I visited the store in person and hoped to speak with the owner for an apology and refund. The staff told me the manager was “on vacation” and completely unreachable. She asked me to leave my name and phone number and told me someone would get back to me within “a week”. It’s now been over a week. No one has contacted me. No apology. No explanation. Nothing. This is absolutely disgusting. Not only is there a serious food hygiene issue, but the store’s lack of responsibility and customer service is appalling. I have reported this incident to Toronto Public Health. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before coming here. Poor hygiene, poor service, and completely unprofessional behavior. Worst experience ever.
Tried a pastry on a friend’s recommendation. Now it has become a regular go to place for pastries and soft crepe cake slices. Quite unique and soft flavoured cakes. Comes in all fruit flavours. They have a spin wheel to get coupons to redeem next time.
I like their bread, tasted really good. I have purchased many times in the past. However; it was a bad experience as there were flies inside of the bread glass counter. This is just disgusting. Plus, they are still selling the bread to customers! The cashier kept telling me it is fresh made today and they are still good. Well, i think I trusted my eyes and believed in what I saw. I don’t think this is acceptable, especially during COVID time, restaurants and food serving busienss need to be extremely careful with hygiene and food safety. I hope the owner can pay some attentions to this manner and advoid such incidents like this.
