Went in the other day to order some take out,one man was being served.The worker came back and forth not even acknowledging that I am standing there.It would have been nice to hear" hi I will be right with you" nope nothing,no interaction.Back and forth again,I couldn't believe it,just two of us thereTen to fifteen minutes later,I walked out. Btw I worked in restaurants for years,we always greeted walk ins.Very disappointed in your poor service.Will go get my Roti down the street.....
I ordered twice so far on delivery apps so far and plan on doing it again ! The jerk chicken was seasoned perfectly and it wasn’t dry , the rice and peas is authentic and the gravy was flavorful. The doubles pleased the most critical of critics - my Guyanese Mom and Jamaican dad . 10 stars out of 5 ! Don’t change a thing. Oh and the portions are worth the price , it’s more than what’s in the picture but this portion was from one order of jerk chicken with an extra leg
I ordered the cook-up rice OMG, this food takes me back to a lil boy growing up in guyana, amazing . The only thing missing was the fried banga mary.
First time trying this place, and I am literally only 5 bites in and I have to give review. This jerk chicken is exceptional, best flavour I have had in a long time. Not to mention their chicken is so perfectly moist, and the who lunch was under $10, like what? I will be proudly supporting this spot.
This amazing restaurant should be BIGGER ? The food, is so tasty, puts a smile on your face, brings you to the Island in your mind,service and setting are also good. Real authentic foods. A must visit place Scarborough Resident.
Honestly the best Caribbean (Guyanese) cuisine in the GTA. Nothing comes close and I say that as a professional chef . Service: impeccable. Atmosphere : welcoming and you feel like you’re actually in Guyana. Food: 11/10 every single time and it just keeps getting better.
Incredible food, it was really tasty a jersey chicken plate for $12 with a pretty large portion is always a steal. I also tried doubles for the first time and I can happily say ill be coming back for more. Service was professional and straight to the point. Can definitely recommend
