I bought a laptop from this company. It was a used laptop but it looked brand new when I received it. It operates just fine with no issues. When I had questions, i called them and spoke with Frank. I was very scare when my laptop wasn't working. I google for a place where I could take it to get fix and this was the place a chose to go. Since the first moment I was there, Fahad was very kind and helpful. I had to leave my laptop there for the weekend so he could see what was wrong with it. When I went back to the store they showed me what they did and how they fixed my problem. Now my laptop is not only fix, but its it better condition than it was before. Next time I need help with my pc, this is the place i will go to.
I have been to Laptop Depot twice now & on both occasions, I have been completely satisfied with everyone there. They are very polite, & most importantly, they listen to what you have to say. Kind and helpful staff, They are genuinely interested in solving your problems aren't out for a quick payday. As long as you're clear about what you want, they'll be reasonable and can you can even negotiate going lower. One time I came in with a broken laptop keyboard and they gave me a free one. I hope places like this stick around, really makes this city feel like a community.
Mouse on the laptop frozen. I took my laptop to the Laptop Depot. Frank looked at my laptop front of me and he has done whatever he has to correct the problem front of me. In an hour Frank solved the problem and gave me the laptop to take home. It is working perfectly. Thanks Frank
