Solid hard working guy! Fixed my MacBook screen in less than a day, works beautifully. Good price for the work too! Only problem I had was him not mentioning it was only cash or e transfer before completing the work. Still giving 5 stars bc it wasn’t a huge issue for me, but could be for someone else!

The other reviewers were absolutely not wrong, this owner is a gentleman. I accidentally uninstalled my WiFi driver (d’oh) and was freaking out because there was no way to connect to the internet to redownload it and I had some major submissions due. I showed up at the store and he had it fixed in under 5 mins and would not accept any money. Heart of gold. Patiently explained what I could do if the problem re-occurs. Will definitely be back and don’t think twice about trying this business.

The first laptop repair person I went to ruined my computer 3 times somehow even though I needed a simple fix. Quick Fix Computers offered a free diagnosis and fixed my problem and provided excellent customer service, while also educating me about what was exactly wrong in simple terms. His prices are amazing and he finished my repair in less than 24 hours. Worst at customer service! Installed a new keyboard on my laptop with 2 "H" keys and every time I called, he said the manufacturer still needs 2 weeks. I called numerous times asking him updates for 3 months straight but he didn't call me a single time and kept saying the manufacturer is fixing the issue. Very disappointed in his customer service and quality of work.
