The owner is extremely kind and I took in a difficult job which was done for me as I have lost 25 pounds. Now I can wear my favourite red dress again and the price was quite reasonable. I will definitely recommend this place.
Wonderful experience! I gave about 8 items of clothes to be tailored within 12 days and not only was it done early (within 8 days), the price was quite affordable! Will most definitely bring more items.
Brought over $700 dollars worth of new shirts to this establishment and the machine that they use here completely ruined them. All marked up at the shoulder and just below the collar. Owner didn't take responsibility or accountability just blamed the shirt. When I took the shirts elsewhere, the owners were appalled at the situation as they've never seen such negligence in the industry. If you have anything of value that you need dry cleaned, avoid this place.
Dont come here, the owner is extremally rude and was late with my dry cleaning and kept telling me different time estimates to pick up. 7 days apparently isn't enough time to dry clean a suit.
I have been going to this company for decades. From their original location on Birchmount to Port Union. Quality of tailoring is amazing and dry cleaning. Pricing is comparable but can't beat loyalty.
