I had a wonderful experience at Klassic Dry Cleaners Professional Alternations. The staff were nice, the prices were reasonable, and the quality of work was exceptional. I got my altered and dry cleaned items within days.
They do Not even deserve a single star. Very very expensive and destroyed my clothes i gave for dry cleaning and even the stain was not removed, I provided two hoodies they destroyed those by removing all the colours. There is no shine in there dry cleaning all they do is just remove color from your clothes
Can't believe i'm just posting this now. My family and I have been using the alteration service at Klassic dry cleaners for a couple of years. Let me tell you, she never disappoints and she does such an amazing job. Highly recommend Klassic dry cleaners if you want quality work for very reasonable price.
Handed over my coat for dry cleaning. They claimed it got stolen, promised to follow up, but I had to call them after a week of no contact. Ended up with only 70% reimbursement. Extremely disappointing experience.
I brought my dress in for oil stains on Monday June 26, 2023 and was glad that they said they’ll put it in as rush order so I can make it on time for the wedding on June 30, 2023. I picked up my dress on Thursday 29,2023 which was when they said it’ll be done by. To my disappointment, they told me the stains did not go away and that even if they washed it 3 times, it still did not go away. I asked of it would still be the same price (39$) since the stains were still there and got enhanced even. The person at the front stated that she should be charging me even more since they tried 3 times to get it off. (I never asked for them to washed it 3 times… they could have at least called me to ask where to proceed when they didnt get it off the first time. I wouldve felt better of i knew before picking it up to plan what to do next) I ended up paying, and went home with the same stains on my dress. All the day before the wedding. I feel like i paid for nothing. All they could do is shrug. So sad. Never again.
Disaster don’t go there they have no knowledge they destroyed my items trying to fix them the way they think its better, I will never go there again and never recommend nobody .
Never send any delicate shirt or piece of expensive clothing here. If you value your belongings, don’t send them here as I sent a blue cotton shirt and it came back ruined. The material looked like it came out of a tumble dry and had creases everywhere. The worst part is that I only found out once I got back home and the owner didn’t even have the courtesy of informing me and still charged me full price.
