Great work, I’ve brought multiple shirts and pants for alteration and the work was so precise and clean, the prices are also very reasonable, best prices compared to other shops.
Garbage damaged my suit, do not take it there. Update: So I tell you that you guys damaged my item and your response is to blame me? So you’re telling me your staff is blind and they didn’t see the damage before giving me my suit? This was a brand new suit I bought and brought to you for dry cleaning? Why don’t you stop being so defensive and as a business take the effort to fix the problem. This was a new suit which I thoroughly checked before I bought it and brought it to you for dry cleaning to put aside for an event. Incompetent business and owner. If you’re willing to fix this situation I’m more than happy to revisit my review otherwise I’ll make sure to let people know how you operate so nobody else has to go through the same thing.
Very affordable pricing, and friendly staff. Turnaround time is pretty good too. Can’t comment much on the cleaning portion as I gave in a suit that was already pretty clean, but no complaints!
Was in search of a local spot for dry cleaning , this was my first time here, and can definitely say I will be back. The customer service was great, such a kind lady at the counter. Dropped of a three piece suit with pants and the price was very fair. Especially for the job done, would say it’s a great deal. Took a week to complete. No complaints , will be bringing back a lot more clothes next week. They have a wide variety of cleaning services. Just a reminder they only accept cash or debit , there is a TD bank right beside if you need cash. It’s a little hidden, it faces Bellamy road , entrance on Bellamy road behind the TD.
Best customer service! They have my account with them as Mya. I have already gotten 2 jackets dry cleaned and a pair of pants altered by them. Just dropped off another pair of pants to be altered. You will not be disappointed!
I'm here to pick up my dry cleaning at exactly 5:24pm and you're closed already. You said you close at 5:30pm so I rushed out of work to make it. This isn't right guys!
I had high hopes from reviews, but am severely disappointed. They were accommodating with certain requests but my sweater came back with all kinds of fuzzies and other clothes debris. I normally wouldn't be picky, but this was a uniform piece and absolutely not what I expect when I am paying for laundry services!
