I came into the store really needing help with converting my eSIM to a physical SIM, and Elizabeth was honestly amazing. The Bell store in the same plaza couldn’t help me at all, but she took the time to call Bell Mobility herself and deal with their customer service, even though they were giving her a tough time. I’ve been coming to this store since it used to be The Source, and experiences like this remind me why. Elizabeth was patient, friendly, and really tried her best to solve my problem.
