I had plans to go to this store & then read the reviews first. (quickly realized this wasn't the correct place mentioned to me) I am appalled by what I'm reading & wonder why they haven't been shut down. Are people reporting them to the Better Business Bureau or going Publically with News media? What people are sharing sounds very fraudulent in my opinion.
This so called Canadian Outlet is an absolute joke of a business. They advertise opening at 10 am, but at 10:45 the doors were still locked to paying customers. The woman inside had the audacity to bark, “We’re still closed, come back in 5 minutes” then stretched that “5 minutes” into half an hour. What kind of clown show is this? Running on Mumbai time zone? This is the height of irresponsibility and a slap in the face to customers. People take time out of their day, some traveling long distances, only to be disrespected and kicked out like unwanted intruders. I personally saw multiple customers turned away with the same arrogant attitude. If you aren’t ready to serve, why even open the doors? And let’s talk about the inside; the stench is unbearable. It reeks like nobody has cleaned the place in months, filthy, unhygienic, and sickening. The smell alone makes you want to vomit, and yet they expect people to actually shop there? This is not just bad service, it’s a total lack of morals, ethics, and basic human respect. Do yourself a favor: never waste a single dollar here. Steer clear of this dump.
Absolutely terrible experience with this store. I bought a freezer from them, and it was damaged when they delivered it. It had dents and visible damage on the corners, and it didn’t work properly either. When I contacted them, their attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful. They completely refused to take responsibility, didn’t offer any solution, and refused to refund me. Honestly, this feels like a scam. They take your money and leave you with broken products. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this store. Save your money and avoid the headache.
I bought a used freezer from this store, along with some other items. The woman who sold it to me told me she couldn’t bring it out from the back, but assured me it was in good condition. We checked and tested everything else we bought — except the freezer. When we came back the next day to pick it up, we saw that it was dented on the side. Despite the fact that we had not yet taken the freezer from the store, they refused to refund us. They insisted it was sold “as-is,” even though I was misled and never had the chance to inspect the item beforehand. The seller lied to me — she said it was fine, and that I just couldn’t see it at the time. In reality, it felt like I was tricked. I feel like they stole from me. I don’t recommend shopping here. Be very careful and don’t trust their word — check everything yourself, even if they say it’s “fine.”
I went once with my wheelchair bound mom and a south Asian girl stopped us right at the door saying “thats not allowed here” I was surprised and said “what’s not allowed?” She said “that wheelchair” me and my mom where very offended and hurt by this, there a certain way to go about things and this letting use know that there wasn’t space in store but flat out denying us entry just because of a wheelchair was extremely rude, we immediately left the store seeing as this establishment was ablest and had no manners, I’m very disappointed in my experience and will never be coming back to this store. I write this to make out community aware of this businesses rude and discriminatory behaviour
Terrible customer service! We visited the store expecting the marketplace price, only to be told by an arrogant lady that the in-store price is different and that the marketplace price is just an “advertising tactic” to get customers in. She even had the audacity to say we were only there because of that tactic! Whether she’s the owner or an employee, she clearly isn’t fit for customer service. Completely misleading pricing and an awful experience—won’t be returning!
I bought a cell phone on Amazon said it was unlocked T-Mobile phone I called the manufacturer they said the phone was not unlocked why is this guy like to commit fraud does he not know what fraud means then I Google his reviews and all I see is him ripping off his employees and committing more fraud wake up people just because you're going to school doesn't mean you can't get your money from him he actually owes you more money than he then you think report him to the city and have him investigated for committing acts of fraud I've already reported you to Amazon have a nice day and have a nice life
