They have a black Friday sale ad on their website that advertises Free installation for vinyl planks. When you get to the store they tell you that's not true. So I showed them their add and then they say it's only for specific planks (website doesn't mention any exclusions). Waste of my time.
Great service and great products with amazing prices. Highly recommended!! The people there are very lovely and take the time to show you things and give suggestions. The only flooring store that we went to where someone actually cared to help us.
Dealt with Maqbol at the Scarborough location a number of times. Appears very friendly. But the moment I had an issue with faulty handiwork, he made empty promises. Called and emailed head office, zero response! No one apparently takes accountability for their services. What’s the point of the warranty when they ghost you? I’m shocked at the other high reviews. Maybe they just haven’t experienced an issue yet. The issue showed up a few months after installment. Good luck getting any help. But then I see all the 1 star reviews and I completely empathize. Not a company I will ever recommend again.

You know the place is great when you go back twice ! First time we bought laminate flooring for the basement then beautiful engineered hardwood floors for upstairs.
