I was looking to replace the flooring throughout the entire main floor (1300 sqft) and someone recommended to me Woodchuck Flooring. This place is a hidden gem. Deserves more than 5 stars, because they are just that good! I was dealing with Malik and he was WONDERFUL! So helpful and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of my many questions and I felt really informed about choosing the right flooring for my needs. Malik’s communication was exceptional! He kept me posted every step of the way with my order and made himself available any time I had additional questions. I get so many complements on this floor! They have a very good selection of quality flooring, offer excellent prices, and the staff really know their products. This will forever be my go-to flooring store. I highly recommend Woodchuck Flooring.

As a contractor in Toronto, I recently called Woodchuck Flooring looking for a very specific floor transition. After checking their stock, they found something very similar in the warehouse. However, because it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, they offered to give it to me FOR FREE! Seriously... for free. Who even does that? Woodchuck Flooring Inc. continues to impress me!

Terrible customer service over the phone. Called for a price quote over the phone as i live far and am not able to come in easily. Rep told me take my business else where that he rather not assist me, and refused to provide any additional information. Ignorant !!!
