This company was great to deal with,straightforward and transparent. We bought the premium 4mm engineered hardwood at a very great price. Their staffs including sales and warehouse were polite and helpful enough during the whole process. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for quality products at great prices!
The store never returned my money! Everybody who made orders in this store watches your bank charges, please! I made an order on July 30, 2020 with a deposit of $200 from the debit card. Later, the store called me to change the color because of short of supply. I did not accept so I went to the store and requested the deposit back to my debit card. However! Until now, June 15 2021, almost a year, I did not see the return transaction in my debit card! It’s such a scam! I called the store today. The receptionist was very rude! She complained me about the transaction happened last year and caused the trouble for her. Excuse You! I trusted your store and believed your store would have given back my money! BUT the money was not BACK! I am the one who should have had the complaint! I’m still waiting for my money and will fight for my right.
When we returned the extra boxes of wood we didn’t end up using, they didn’t reimbursed us for all the boxes, they kept the money and the wood, I won’t buy from them again, be careful
