I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the truly exceptional service I received from Navid at this Shell station on Sunday July 6th at 3:50am. Navid was working the night shift, and his remarkable dedication and customer-first approach truly made my late-night visit unlike any other gas station experience I've had. I was picking up flowers for a very specific event and had several concerns and questions. Navid listened with incredible patience and a genuine willingness to help, going far beyond the typical scope of service, especially at such late hours. Even through the service window, his ability to guide me and provide support was nothing short of amazing, despite the inherent limitations of that setup. He not only addressed my inquiries but also offered personal advice and guidance, which was invaluable. This level of personalized assistance and genuine engagement is something I have rarely, if ever, encountered in such an environment. Navid demonstrated an extraordinary amount of passion, willingness, and empathy. He made me feel truly heard and understood, transforming what could have been a quick, transactional stop into a remarkably positive and supportive interaction. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this store. After purchasing a few items, I stepped outside the gas station, and to my surprise, the owner started shouting at me for no apparent reason. His behavior was completely unprofessional and aggressive, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. I was just minding my own business, but the confrontation was unnecessary and unwarranted. It's a shame because I had no issue with the products, but I will not be returning here due to the owner's terrible attitude. Customer service should always come first, and this was the exact opposite.
The new machines are an absolute nuisance and a cause of unwanted noise pollution. I did not ask for and do not want to see ad while I’m filling up gas.
Today I went the gad station 1pm and I paid money and try to fill the gas unable to fill then informed to that guy He hold now try ok can’t then third time that return my money very bad service
If you go to this gas station make sure you check your receipt. I bought gas from this place few days ago and at night time their was an employee name Michiel who charged me $40 extra. The next day I went their to talk with the manager to give me the refund but he was not being cooperative and then told he'll look over and then let me know but I still didn't receive my refund. I think it's like that the owner making money they train their employees to charge extra and when customer comes for refund they'll tell you we'll look over and call back. After I went another time and they told me we can't do it need more time and it's like that they scam you. Never coming back here they need to supervise and train their employees.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!! Went in yesterday for fuel and also got bread. Was charged for something else too that I did not buy. I had a look at receipt today and realised about it.
Very unprofessional and unethical behaviour by the person working at the counter. I just came out of the store. I asked the person at store about the unavailability of the product from last one month very politely to which he just responded if you want to buy just buy or you can leave and take from another shell. That's very rude of him.
