Worse place ever, they don’t carry any healthy items or sugar free drinks. It’s horrible! As if they only accommodate unhealthy people instead of health conscious individuals, so gross
These guys are a scam and runs on an unethical business model. They advertised their gas as $1.24/litre today on google whilst it was actually $1.39. They do this just so that you can drive all the way here and not have any options left anyway.
It was just a routine gas up. Paid for $50 in store. Came back to purchase more gas. The reason why I pay in store is that the Petro Canada App and their gasoline machine outside scanner wouldn’t sync meaning it wouldn’t let me earn the points that I deserve. I already lost track of the number of fill ups I did just trying the app barcode with the scanner only to realize in the end it doesn’t work. And this issue I’ve had was only when they have this brand new machine with which you do the fill up. Hence the need to get in the store and prepay. When I came back the second time immediately after I gassed up for $50 I told the only guy working there about 4:40pm today Sunday May 7, he seems irritated that I came back. He asked what I want and I said to add more. And he said just go back and scan there. But insisted I have to prepay and I showed him again my petro canada app with the bar scan code… He said in a raised voice that that should be the way I say things. Now this poor fellow want to school me on how to communicate. Good for him! And good riddance. That’s not the way you speak to customers. As if you’re a professor and the king of his store. Customer service requires humility, patience and a meticulous choice of words. It wasn’t a complicated high stress situation and therefore there no need to tell me that he’s just telling me how to talk. That’s very very insulting!!! Petro Canada ought to know castigate this matter. Yeah, I blew my top and said I’m a raised voice that I don’t need any schooling from him! But I walked away and didn’t proceed with my supposed transaction for I didn’t want to engage with a person who is bereft of self respect and is sick on the inside. I have a good relationship with lots of people working here including their manager, if she’s still the one until now. I hope this issue to be addressed.
They just ask people to pay them Cash Only which is ridiculous! I can’t believe that gas station can steals money in this way and asking cash only when you need to put gas in your car urgently. It’s disaster

Rude young Indian casher guy needs training how to deal with customers. I was waiting patiently in line and when the customer in front of me was done I went forward to check out and the rude young Indian cashier guy said "Get in line" note I was already in line patiently waiting. I decided to put back the products I wanted to buy and left and went to another gas station where. I got better service from and the cashier actually knew how to handle a line.
Employees are not the friendly whatsoever. Had one employee argue with me over prices they had advertised and discriminated against me for being practically blind. Not going again.
