If you go here to Pump #5 and prepay, and go to hit Print Receipt nothing comes out then you have to go inside to get your receipt from the attendant with the moustache, he can’t hear you, so when you speak up, he throws the receipt at you, rude. Cheap gas but not worth the service. There is another Centex @ 2495 Kingston Road and they are much more pleasant
Prices are cheaper but they need to reset the machines every night like other gas stations. They do it only before inspections. Every time I go, no matter what card I use their machine gives me a lot more trouble than the one down the road. N my card worked every other store perfectly fine, only gives me issues to this particular gas station. Sometimes I just put the reward card and after that instead of telling me to insert a payment card, it goes directly to the option of $20 or $30 and it doesn't even make sense because without a payment card it goes through all the steps and then says decline. If you cancel a transaction to restart, it takes forever to reset. N today when I was trying to tell them it needs to be reset every night the employee kept on insisting that it is my card issue when I already told him I tried 2 different cards from 2 different banks and both my bank had more than enough money I was trying to withdraw. However, the same thing I try at the other gas station down the road, it usually works. I prefer not to go inside and pay at the pump. If it doesn't work next time, I will just go to Esso even if I have to pay a little more. Atleast they reset their machines every night and it is much faster.
Pumping diesel is atrociously slow. I don't know what is wrong with their pumps but compared to the centex down the street this one takes an incredible amount of time.
MESSAGE TO THE OWNER . STOP BEING CHEAP AND HIRE A 2ND PERSON SO THERES NOT A LINE UP WITH A LOCKED DOOR WHEN SOMEONE IS GETTING PROPANE . ITS A BUSINESS GET SERIOUS AND TREAT IT LIKE THAT . IT IS A MAJOR INCONVENIENCE WHEN A LINEUP OF PEOPLE HAVE TO WAIT BECAUSE YOU WANNA BE CHEAP AND HIRE 1 PERSON . IM GOING TO SPEND MY MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THERE ARE REAL BUSINESS OWNERS . IM NEVER COMING BACK HERE EVER .
Brand new gas station, finally reopened after long hardwork through the winter! My first visit today ＆ won't be my last, I hope. Nice new machine so you can either pay right where you pump or pay inside. Great price on gas ＆ definitely beats lining up at Costco. The staff behind the counter was very pleasant ＆ cheerful. I will be making more effort to support my neighborhood businesses.
Stopped there on Sunday June 23rd at 5:15pm for propane and was told that they do NOT sell propane after 3:30pm on Sundays. These’s owners need to understand Business 101; it is the only propane place in this residential neighbourhood, it’s SUMMER, it’s dinner time and It’s how to make money in business. Cater to customers. I have now made the decision to bring my gas and propane business else where until this negative business decision is changed. Please join me.
