I frequently visit this gas station as its near to my home and the service is ALWAYS horrible no matter who's working. GRUMPY, RUDE AND IGNORANT Today however there was a new attendant named TANISH...the most polite and happy young man ever!! Just wanted to give him a shout out for excellent service. THANK YOU TANISH!!!!!!
The Sunday evening staff was extremely rude and arrogant. He refused to answer my questions, only nodded dismissively, and kept frowning the entire time. His behavior was completely unprofessional and showed absolutely no sense of customer service. It was a very disrespectful and unacceptable experience.
All our drivers have been filling gas here since 2019. We were always a loyal client for this gas station until today , they refused to let my driver fill gas and caused us delay and wouldn't allow him to fill only because he had a $100 bill and they say they don't except bills over $50 After years of filling gas here and over $6,000/month spent here + all the snacks and lottery tickets my drivers always buy, unfortunately we will no longer use this gas station and have found an alternative . For the owner of this gas station , our advice would be to value your clients .
This is the worst gas station in Toronto. Do not go here. The guy that works here is ignorant and not a very nice guy. He wouldn’t let me use my AIR MILES. Lots of gas stations to use. Do not go here. and it smells in there tell him to clean him himself or clean the area.
Overall experience was not so good. The fuel type selection button on the pump was not working and the cashier screamed to me over the PA for this issue.
Be very careful when you deal with them. Today when parked my car into the gas station, price of regular gas was showing 1.03 at 11:50 pm. But the guy at counter charged me for 1.09/L and changed his price on the pump without my consent or anything. When I realized they made me pay CAD 1.44 + extra (I was taking 89 Gas and not regular, so I must have paid much higher, but showing the calculation for regular gas for easy calculation) i immediately told about this mistake to the front desk guy, but he didn't even offer a refund. He just blew me off saying its 12 so price has changed! I told him but I was here before 12, so you shouldn't charged me extra. But he didn't help me. I will try not to take gas from this station going forward. They are usually 0.05 cents more compare to many other gas stations anyways (i.e. the one at Kennedy and Eglinton). DO NOT use the windshield squeegees here. It's the little things that make the difference at any gas station. One with branding such as a Shell you would expect far more than squeegees that could potentially damage your vehicle, tubs with very dirty water and no detergent in it. You would think things like this would be attended to far better than this. The squeegee I took a photo of was only 1 of 3 I checked before giving up.
