Just stopped in. The doors were closed at the front. The guy at the cash opened his sliding window and said that they were not open. According to their store hours they are 24/7.
it’s around Saturday night 9:10pm .. i bought some beer and went to use the washroom, the keys somehow doesn’t seems to work and when i brings this issue to the staff member.. he quote’ if doesn’t work idk what i could i do’ i mean check yourself maybe i am putting it in a wrong way or maybe something was really wrong with door. A little help would be highly appreciated and given it was not busy at that time otherwise the store was good .
The place is nice. It’s clean Well Kept and there’s a bunch of great deals going on Gas isn’t always too expensive here as well. It’s cheaper than most around. The Only issue i had was That the store was definitely open, and people were walking in and out All I wanted was to just get a drink But the employees lock the door and just stared at us So I left
At 3 30pm today, I had a terrible customer service with the cashier named Nish. He processed my payment for gas and the gas pump wasn't ready to be used. I went to talk to him and he yelled/accused me of not giving him the correct pump number. He refused to look into my payment, and laughed at me as I was leaving the gas station. I have been going to this gas station for years and haven't encountered this behavior before. I hope the owner/manager sees this feedback. Nish needs to learn what customer service means.
Very rude behaviour by gas station owner. Was shouting on me and employee “refuse to accept $30 coins for gas. Didn’t expect that behaviour from owner. Although the staff members are good. Don’t recommend this gas station. Very bad experience.
This Shell Gas Station located at Finch Avenue East and Brimley Road is opened 24hrs a day 7 days a week, any business that can do that deserves recognition and a worthy mention, also the store attendant is very helpful, first I really didn't like this store but over a period of time and after realizing that every time I go to this location it is opened made me appreciate it more. Also, it must be noted that there are a BMO ATM machine on-site and washroom facilities inside the store also worthy of mention you can also get coffee here too.
The Select store staff are very nice people and very helpful when you ask them of some things you want to know. They never ran out of tokens and tickets when we were going there just to particularly buy them. Their location is so convenient as well. They do not sell their self-serve Costa coffee anymore which is so good.
