I had a really unfortunate experience at their car wash. My car was being “pre-soaked” in the wash, and it just completely stopped working. No light, no further wash, nothing. Contacted the attendant inside, who came inside and tried to reset the wash, but it was unclear whether it would work again. Went back inside to the station where the gentleman gave me another wash, but unfortunately apparently couldn’t refund me directly for it. It wasn’t working anymore. Had to rush to another station/car wash. I’d highly recommend avoiding the car wash here.
They cheaped out on the car wash. Paid for deluxe only got one coat of shampoo. There's supposed to be two. Car wasn't cleaned enough when it came out.
Since my last review was nice to see that the fence at least got a little bit repaired. This is encouraging hence I'm going to leave another review. I noticed that there's a big pothole near the Tim Hortons as we come in to use the car wash. This pothole has been here for more than a year and it's annoying every time I drive in and sometimes hit it. I tried to avoid it as much as possible but it's getting bigger and bigger. Please get some asphalt patch and fill it in. As well, keep an eye on your clear coat final rinse in your car wash because sometimes I'm noticing it's running out and it's only just spraying water.
Terrible customer service student staff do not know how to accommodate customers went to the car wash 2 times after waiting patiently in line system did not activate even after calling several times she refuses to help me. telling me I use the wash system never came on with proof & evidence they refuse to accommodate me. With all the did not check the cameras even showing them my flex pass. Disgraceful & shameful attendance service. I asked for the manager number she said they cannot give out their manger number.
Car wash didn’t work and this guy Rehan at the store doesn’t even know how to accommodate the customer. Poor service! My monthly pass didn’t work properly , it says the car wash will start now and then the door didn’t open for me. Once you sell these monthly passes , shell should do necessary training for all the employees to accommodate the failures in their app.
I have my car wash subscription. It’s accept my pass code and when I entered into car wash it doesn’t worked. When I called inside the store customer service guy said, “we can’t do anything, contact shell customer support.” Shell customer support operate on 6am-6pm. So what’s the point to get monthly car wash subscription. Or else it’s kind of SHELL SCAMMERS BUSSINESS.?
Great location with amazing service . Price are right and service is top notch . I personally even know the owner very helpful and friendly person . He trains and keeps his staff well .
