Rude disrespectful employees threatening you, the woman has anger issues and not fit to handle customer services. Owner isn’t present during evening and hires garbage horrible employees who act like owner.SHELL i don’t know why you sold your gas station to this owner. Do us citizens a favour and please sell this station to another owner. Employees yell, do name calling and threaten you for enforcement if you don’t listen to them the exact same way. Aaoshma should be fired on the spot. The system sucks as this gas station wont split the bill and expect you to pay fully in cash. Whats this shady business? You already put all the pumps on pre pay, why do u want to do this? This is 0/5 ZERO STARS. I should have recorded the interaction but this review should be enough. Disgusting.
Just like any other gas station. My only feedback would be to the reps I deal w on a regular basis to be more customer service oriented. They come off miserable and usually take some time at nights to get someone, as said in all the other reviews. Got everything else however, so 3 stars. ⛷️⛷️
Gas here seems to be higher compared to other gas stations around this location. It’s still an all right location that’s easy to enter, whether you’re driving down from Sheppard or Warden Avenue.
To the person claiming this place won't allow you to redeem air miles. First you need at least 95 air miles cash points. That is good for $10 off. Not sure if you know this or not. I also see you claimed the location at 8330 Kennedy Rd won't let you redeem air miles too? Same thing I said before as you need to have 95 air miles cash points. Check your receipt and look at the air miles cash section of the receipt and see what you have. I've been in line many times at both locations and people are saying they have enough but really they either have less than 95 or 0. So again check your receipt.
Happy with service and people working here. I always visit to buy my post secondary student pass so I can collect air miles point. Good rewards program.
