The personal trainers were a wonder to work with. They make sure that you’re doing the exercises in the correct form and that you would reach your fullest potential. I’ve been a member for around 3 months since July. The people in the gym were also very resourceful as a newbie in their gym. One negative and major thing I have to mention was regarding cancelling my automatic monthly membership here. This was despite telling the owner multiple times in-person to cancel my membership, he has refunded it for one month since my message but he hasn’t done anything to permanently cancel my contract as discussed. When I’d message him on WhatsApp, there would be no response unless I visited in person. He agreed to cancel it but actually hasn’t done it since my request from September 30. All I got was one refund from that month which is not the only thing that I was asking for. I find this very misleading and it’s unfortunate that I’d have to make this comment despite enjoying the gym. EDIT: I have recently called the owner this WhatApp who is sick and at home. He quickly went on the computer to refund both October and November. He also permanently terminated my membership while on the phone with me. I truly appreciate that the owner was responsive and understanding at the end.
I was charged $273 yesterday on my credit card by this gym. On Monday morning, I informed them that my situation had changed and that I would be moving to Waterloo, requesting to transfer my membership there. They told me that I couldn’t transfer or receive a refund, which I find unreasonable since no contract was ever sent to me. All of this is documented. Please refer to the email receipt and our text message conversation for proof.
I love working out at F45 Golden Mile, and the sense of community it brings. It’s fun, everyone is so friendly, and I really enjoy the workouts. It’s a wonderful way to start my day—thank you????✨️ Let's get heathly and strong together!
Can’t say enough amazing things about the team at F45 Goldenmile. I’m a newbie to this kind of environment and everyone I have spoken to along my first week at F45 Goldenmile were incredibly helpful, kind, informative, and supportive. I’ve spent most time with Lisa who is such an excellent motivator and wealth of knowledge when it comes to form, balance, and how to achieve your goals. The other trainers I’ve met, David, and Irfan have also helped push me and keep me engaged throughout the workouts and keep things FUN! The owner, Peter, has a great team, and is also very approachable. After my first week - I’m hooked! Thank you everyone.
My husband and I are new to F45 and we absolutely love the facility and the concept. I’ve seen how meticulous the staff are when it comes to Cleanliness which was very important to us. The group sizes are perfect and never to full. I have to say a special thank you to all the trainers for encouraging and supporting us along the way it’s been a blast!!!
I have been a proud member of F45 Golden Mile! It’s a community, even a second home because I'm there so often! I love waking up every morning and having something to look forward to. Peter, Vana and all the coaches truly make all the difference. They're there guiding you and making sure your form is correct, providing feedback and words of encouragement! The workouts are challenging but fun, and you will definitely see results! Another thing that I love and appreciate is that the facility is so clean!!
