I am a regular customer here and would recommend this salon without a doubt. It's hard to find a good salon nowadays but this location is worth every dollar. Even though I live far away I still keep coming here. Hairstylist Karen is always on point with my hair and is making sure you know how to maintain it and style it properly. Not only am I left with a stunning look but also a mood boost as she is a very cheerful and supporting person ❤️❤️❤️
Great haircut! I received so many compliments that my hair looked chic. I cut off about 8 inches for a classy looking bob with bangs and it turned out really pretty!
Honestly debating even posting this review because I was still hoping for my money back. I am super upset with this salon. A been there a few times. The last time I went I got a dry curly cut. And my hair was cut completely uneven (can be seen in the photos). It was cut uneven throughout the whole left side of my head. The right side of my head is much longer and blended. I told Karen this and she made an excuse saying that you should cut curly hair wet and then blow dry it after. This is odd because we literally discussed in the salon how you should never cut curly hair wet. She’s just making excuses for her terrible job. She told me to come back to the salon to blend my hair, but the fact of the matter is you CANNOT blend the front left side of my head because it’s completely cut, there literally a big chuck of hair missing. Last time I checked you can’t blend hair into the air. My hair literally looks like uneven stairs. You can fully see where each layer is and NONE of the layers are even. I can’t even get my hair blown out for my graduation photos because my hair is cut so terribly. People literally asked what happened to my hair, they said the unevenness of my hair is laughable. It literally is!!! how can a professional hairstylist mess my hair up so much?? I expressed to Karen how upset I was, and we texted a few times about it, and I told Karen I wanted a refund. And she completely ghosted me. I followed up two weeks later and still no response. Sooo come to this salon if u want terrible customer service. Not to mention every time I’d come to the salon Karen was an hour or more behind. I’d end up waiting for 50+ minutes. And she’s text me 5 mins before my appointment saying she was behind, babes I already left my house to get here.
I’ve been trying to find the right place to get my haircut, and this is definitely the one. Karen is so nice, welcoming and super cool. She copied and pasted the reference photo I had perfectly but also tuned it to my face shape and hair type. I have never felt this happy with a haircut result. I will definitely be back!
