I was there on Friday with a Groupon for regular mani and pedi, it was my first time and I was excited. I have to admit they did offer me shellac for more lasting results but at that moment it wasn't in my plans as I wanted something easy to take off later if needed. I can say the lady in charge was very kind and enthusiastic, while the nail technician was serious and quite. Anyways, for mani and pedi I'm used to be around an hour or little more but this time it was like 40 min for both (or less), and didn't get my hands on warm water... The base, polish and top coat seem like very tick maybe even a little dry... I guess I was right and they are even bad quality if you see the pictures you will see that after two days that condition of the polish on my nails is really bad, really bad quality products and now I have to remove it and go somewhere else or even do it myself since nothing can be worst than already is. I give it 2 and not 1 stars because the attention was good. I hope they can improve the quality of the service and the products they use.
Katie can’t cut hair. She’s very nice but didn’t pay attention to any face framing pieces. I never had a bad haircut in my life until I went here. My hair needs to be recut because it’s so uneven. I tried to give this place a chance but I do not recommend. She asked for a tip after the haircut.
Manager is very rude and quick to criticize and put down clients. No consideration for anyone’s feelings or any other clients who may be privy to their conversation. My spouse went there. If you want an experience where you’re forced to provide a tip which is included automatically calculated in your bill that you pay for before device is completed. There’s no option to choose what tip if any you want to give technicians. They all have have set tip prices of what they want. Wouldn’t recommend. Over priced for terrible service. My spouse had to go somewhere else to get nails corrected.
I just went to this salon. I saw a board that says haircut starts from 12$ . I knew it would be basic . I went in the lady (owmer) came she said it would be 25$ for layercut. She barely cut anything and then within 5 minutes she said its done. She doesn’t even know how to cut layers. No techniques were used , she just cut wherever she felt. My hair was wet so, she said you are done. No blowdry nothing. Very pricey for the bad skills. Go to Kevin hair salon . Much better and skilled people are working there
I am a custoner for 2 years now for accrylic extension, pedicure , and hair keratin. Katie who is the owner is awesome and giving excellent customer service in an affordable price.
Extremely disappointing service.Unhygenic environment,Crummy facility,services,and tips pushed on customers. Surprised health inspectors have allowed this operation to continue.My Groupon was redeemed before I could call for an appt,then another serviced was pushed on me that I accepted,because I did not want to be judgemental.Ended up paying $75/- for a basic shellac mani and pedi.I had to instruct the technician to file,buff,smooth my nails.Its not a professional operation.
Had a great experience.. came here the second time for shellac manicure and shellac pedicure.. Katie and Tiya were patient, friendly and were attentive to the details..
