This was my first time at beautymark salon, I was referred to Ron by a friend. I booked in for highlights, and I was very impressed with the level of service and consultation I received. Ron was communicative and transparent throughout the whole appointment, and because of this we were able to achieve exactly what I was hoping for— a nice champagne/pearly toned blonde! Will be back & thanks so much!
⭐️ 1/5 – I Wish I Could Give Zero Star I had a terrible experience at Salon Beauty Mark with Olivera Dimitrovski, and I left feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and completely let down. I booked the Wash, Cut & Style service online and clearly asked for a long layered haircut with face framing. What I got was completely different. She only trimmed the ends of my hair and didn’t even finish the face-framing cut. The result looked so bad and unfinished that I had to take a photo—it was genuinely embarrassing to leave the salon like that. To make it worse, she washed my hair with some extremely poor-quality shampoo. My hair is naturally straight and smooth, never frizzy. But after her wash, it was dry, rough, and completely unmanageable. When I pointed it out, she just said, “Your hair is like this,” which is absolutely not true. And then came the shocker: when I asked her to style it, she told me that styling isn’t included in the Wash, Cut & Style I booked and that I’d have to pay extra. I even showed her my online booking, which clearly listed style as part of the service—but she refused to accept it. Still, she charged $65 for this terrible experience. This whole situation was completely unprofessional. I’ve never seen a salon treat a client this way—no communication, no accountability, no customer care. If there were an option to leave zero stars, I absolutely would. Avoid this place if you value your hair and your money.
DO NOT BOOK WITH SIRI... I had an appointment with Siri to do a perm.. (should have read the reviews on her first). I went in and she just started talking about my hair and how the ends were fragile (which i knew) and kept going on and on. Then proceeds to say that in order to perm the hair I need to cut it because the ends wouldn't take. I asked to perm it first and if it didnt't take we can cut it after, because i REALLY DID NOT want to cut my hair at all. And she said no she needs to cut it first. Ok fine.. I was set on getting a perm so I said ok, to cut off as minimal as she can. I also made it clear I dont' want to cut my hair if I am not perming it. she washes my hair.. then there was a little bump in my hair at the top (which she assuemd was a curl) and went on to say how i must have beautiful curly hair but because its always long the weight of my hair doesnt allow it to grow (mind you i have like the thinnest hair ever, hence wanting the perm). I made it clear to her that my hair has been all lengths and in my 35 years of life, have never had 1 single curly strand on my head.. but she kept insisting that I did :/ (I should have known right then and there to not continue).. anyways she went on to cut almost 3 or 4 inches off my hair.. and after that said she will not be doing a perm because my hair is too fragile. When I say I was almost in tears.. to cut off 3-4inches?!??! when i didnt even want a cut in the first place, and then to not do a perm which is why I came in the first place????? beyond rediculous. I ended uppaying like $80 for a cut and blow dry which I DID NOT WANT. FURTHERMORE, I went to first choice the next morning and they did infact perm my hair without a problem, and were actually irritated that she made me cut my hair as they said they could do the perm on fragile hair, and cut after IF NECESSARY. I would suggest to NOT BOOK WITH SIRI.. and if you read other reviews I see people have had bad experiences with her as well. it was the absolute WORST hair appointment I've ever had in my life. With that said, I have gone to Peggy before a few times and she is AMAZING, EVERY SINGLE TIME. It just sucks that this hair salon has someones as great as Peggy.. and then someone like Siri.
Went to this place for the first time and Titi did an amazing job. I explained what I wanted and showed him some pics and he explained how he would cut it on my hair type. I love love the beautiful job he did thank you so much Titi ?
not sure about haircuts but this is the worst place ever to get your hair dyed. I asked for a light brown/caramel balayage and she left me with some golden highlights that’s were barely visible. I payed over $200 and she offered to fix it for free. When I messaged her to fix it since it looked nothing like the reference photo I showed her, she never responded and kept the money. Worst place ever and definitely will never be back. Regret it so much
On Friday, I came in to get my hair done for a wedding. I booked last minute and was not informed my hair should be washed and ready to style. I have had wash and styles in the past. I was placed with a woman named Siri. She began talking about hair how my hair was oily and how its a known fact I should have come with with clean hair. She was rather rude, and was not offering any suggestions. It was embarrassing, and I became quite upset, on a day where I was supposed to be celebrating. I asked her what she suggested then, and she kept saying "I dont know", almost like she was going to refuse to do my hair. Another stylist, Peggy stepped in and offered to help do the updo. I still had to sit with this woman while she washed and blew dry my hair - and she continued to talk about why it was so important to come in with washed hair. She also made a comment about how she had to apply so much gel because my hair felt "limp". The whole experience was extremely upsetting, and uncomfortable. Thank goodness Peggy took over and instead of in tears, I left with a smile. Im super disappointed in the customer service at this Salon, especially since I know the owners were there and witnessed this.
10/10 for hair color quality. But train your stylists to ask before giving extra services like blow drying and styling. Came only for root touch up, she did blow drying and charged me $34 extra. So end up paying $65+$34+obviously the tip. Well if I had known that was paying for that I would have ask for curls atleast. Pathetic and waste of money.
