I have had nothing but positive experiences at this hair salon. Trying a new place can be incredibly nerve-wracking, but I am so glad I took the chance. Shahe and his team provide exceptional customer service and are always so accommodating. I have received some of the best hair services here, and I am very particular when it comes to my hair. Every visit, I feel genuinely welcomed and leave feeling extremely happy with the results. If you’re considering trying a new salon, I highly recommend making the move. I never write reviews but this one I had to. The most horrible and nightmarish experience I have ever had ! I had waited for the terrible highlights done by Shahe previously to grow down for more than a year and then took an appointment for a trim and root touch up. Note: Instead of doing highlights, he had made the whole hair blonde. However, I just lived with it and thought it will grow out. The appointment started late with making me wait for a while and then before applying the colour, he walked out to attend a phone call for a long time. Then took his sweet time to prepare the colour and applied it on my hair. After the wash, now ready to cut, he suddenly left me sitting on the chair to attend to another long hair consultation appointment. I didn't say anything and waited patiently. Finally the girl said, I can see you have another customer waiting so I will leave now. Like, he didn't even have the decency to end that consultation himself which he should not have booked over my appointment. Highly unprofessional. There was something very, very odd in his behaviour. Before cutting my hair, as I knew his tendency to give very short hair cuts so I specifically told him and showed him how much to cut. Not more than 2 inches and to keep my length and layers. He didn't even brush the wet hair properly and at one point rudely said, you hair is so tangled and instead of untangling it, just chopped of that part. Which skilled hair dresser does that?? Then in the middle of this hair cut, the girl sitting next to me just freaked out and loudly said to Shahe, Oh my God, you have cut off all her hair !!! Obviously I could NOT see what the hell he was doing from the back but it was too late. He not only cut off nearly 8 to 10 inches of my length but also cut off more than 10 inches of the layers, so short that it was unbelievable. My hair was way below my shoulder, and now he had chopped off all my hair till my neck. It was only after the blow dry that I realized what he had done and said thats way too short ! He had the audacity to say, you will get use to it. Not only was he highly unprofessional, being on the phone and booking another consult appointment but he was aggressive and in a frenzy. The chopping madness - It was like the scissors in a mad man's hands ! He has not only lost trust but all respect. It's my bad that I didn't take the red flags earlier of this highly unprofessional hair dresser. It will take years for my hair to grow back the length and layers that he chopped off. Beware ladies before you trust this guy with your lovely hair !
Shahe is the most wonderful hair stylist. He is very confident at his work. He is very kind and makes jokes. He makes his customers very welcomed and very special. Good luck Shahe :)
I went to Shahe hair salon to get my hair done and I can honestly say he is the best there is!!!! My mom and sister also come see him for all their hair needs and he nails it every single time! He is an absolute pleasure and always makes sure to keep his customers happy!! I would give him 10 stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ a true hidden gem !!
Excellent customer service!, this is the 2nd time I did my hair with Shahe, referred by my Friend whose been a loyal customer of him for years as well , I get nothing but compliments about my hair since then. I definitely recommend this place , I just recently referred my friend here yesterday too, & she was very happy, we already booked for next appointment on February ?. Thank you Shahe & Habi ( asst.), he even accomodate us in less than 24hrs notice, lol.
Shahe is truly amazing! He’s warm, kind, and always makes me feel completely comfortable. He listens to exactly what I want and brings it to life with so much care and attention to detail. I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. Couldn’t ask for a better experience every time! Oh and hes also really great at up dos! He did my wedding day hair styling!!
