No matter, how you asked to cut your hair they always have one haircut. They Cut my long hair just boom. When I asked about it,he cut again and makes it even shorter. They don’t listen and they don’t understand they prefer go somewhere else.
It's too bad the manager is some kind of lazy person because when I wanted to get a haircut, he expected the poor girl to call me to tell me they were closed! Why are you advertising and not being honest with the public? Maybe they couldn't get business because the plaza is falling apart. This is what the Salon looks like says closed
The guy doest know how to cut long hair .he just learned some tricks from YouTube that's it .not recommended. He's always sitting there no customers. Spend $5 more go to a better salon .
I went in and took in a reference picture of me with the haircut I wanted. I had Simon and he said he could do it. It was a simple cut with layers and curtain bangs. I came because a friend recommended it but the place was extremely dirty, they did not clean their floor, they did not clean their tools and I honestly should just have left at that point. He seemed confident in what he was doing but he cut off way more hair than I wanted and asked him to. The layers look choppy and he was tugging on my hair instead of brushing through properly. He did a bad job, spritzed water and then told me I was done when it looked nothing like what I asked him for. He then cut the curtain bangs extremely short and lopsided. I'm very disappointed. At the end of the day, I am trying to tell myself it's just hair and it will grow back. I wish I just gone somewhere else. Taking a reference photo of my own hair and having him agree that he could do it and then butcher it was quite disappointing. Watch out for the hair everywhere that isn't cleaned, the lack of customer service and just the lack of a good cut.
Worst Hair colour they gave. I choosed the colour from their own book and they give me 5-6 lighter shade from the colour I asked; I asked for brown colour and they gave me golden colour. I wasted my 1.5 hours and then also they didn’t give me any discount on payment.
The worst hair salon… u guys should do something else….hair dressing is not for u……the worst hair cut I have ever had…… first of all… they don’t understand English…. More important…. That don’t have any knowledge about hair cut….don’t ever visit this place ….. this is what she did with my hair
They really need to go back to school for an update on how to cut hair and how to listen to what the customer wants... A place that you might want to think twice before getting a haircut there. In response to the owners comment. I take a lot of pride in my choices, especially when i select a stylest or hair cutter to do my hair. I've never been to a place that DID NOT listen to the customers' wishes!! Your response is as unprofessional as your ability to listen and understand your customers' needs. Maybe learn what the word auspicious means before you use it in a sentence while you're at it... Thank you
