Store is clean, organized and carry variety of products, and staff are helpful. Just some points for improvements: 1- it would be great to have 1 more knowledgeable staff to help the customers, 2- it would boost the sales if the Reg. Prices for the items on sale are displayed. They were missing for many of the items, and so I did not purchase them..
Not the biggest HP, but definitely the most convenient (for me). These guys always have the gluten-free bread that I like. Don’t always see them in other HPs.
First of all, their website & the email order pickup notification showed the wrong address for the Scarborough location. So after driving around, I had to stand in line for the till then stand around waiting for someone else to come find my order. Hoping I can find a different store to source my product
The best Healthy Planet location! The store is large, clean, and well-stocked with a great selection of health products. Staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s so nice to have a clean washroom for customers. A great shopping experience! Will definitely come back!
I really like this store. But lately im having an issue with promotions not being applied. Several times I've noticed that while the shelf says "10%, 20%etc" off, the scanned item doesn't does not reflect this. Also I've noticed price discrepancy with online pricing/sales not being reflected. They are good about changing the price when you notice it but I dont think its right to constantly chase this. I dont have the same issue at the Ajax location or Warden. People must make a shopping list or compare online pricing to ensure they aren't over paying. So always check your receipt.

WORST LOCATION EVER!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! STAFF IS USELESS WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. HEALTHY PLANT FAILS AS A CORPORATION BECAUSE OF THIS LOCATION. EVEN ONE STAR IS OVER RATING About the hours.... it was 6:01... they were still cashing people out, so definitely not closed. and wouldn't let me get WATER!!!! Totally inhumane! Not to mention the moronic "security" guard who wanted to make people talk through the door because he is too scared to be actual security. Lol. What a joke of a store and staff. Warden and eg is a way better store. Better maintained. Better staff. I'll be sure to contact head office as well. *** check out the Healthy planet philosophy and tell me if you like think they live up to it?!! Lmao***
